The Galway Group, LLC collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with the Platform and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from the Platform’s affiliates, subsidiaries, and third parties.

Users may decline request to share data. If you choose not to provide required data to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract. We will notify you if this is the case at the time. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, personalization of the Platform that uses such data will not work for you.

The Galway Group, LLC uses the data we collect to provide you with rich, interactive experiences. In particular, we use data to:

Personalize our products and make recommendations on products.

Advertise and market to you, which includes sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.

Per U.S. state data privacy laws, sharing also relates to providing personal data to third parties for personalized advertising purposes.

Browser and third-party localized programs may be used for the purposes of blocking cookies at the user’s discretion. Such blocking may inhibit overall functionality and usage of the Platform to the point where contracts/business initiated by the user is impossible.

Account

You may sign in to Core by The Galway Group, LLC Platform with Core by The Galway Group, LLC Account. Personal data associated with your Core by The Galway Group, LLC account includes credentials, name and contact data, payment data, device and usage data, your contacts, information about your activities, and your interests, past purchases, and favoured products. Signing in to your Core by The Galway Group, LLC account enables personalization and consistent experiences across the Platform and devices, allows you to make payments using payment instruments stored in your Core by The Galway Group, LLC account, and enables other analogous features.

Data Collection from Minors

Users of the Platform under 13 or as specified by law in their jurisdiction, will he required to obtain consent or authorization from a parent or guardian before they can use the Platform. The Galway Group, LLC will not knowingly ask children under that age to provide more data than is required to provide for the product.

Once parental consent or authorization is granted, the child's account is treated much like any other account. The child can access any associated communication services and can freely communicate/share data with other users of all ages. Parents or guardians can change or revoke the consent choices previously made. 

Rights:

            Data Removal

            You may have a right to request the deletion of some of your personal information            The Galway Group, LLC  holds about you. The Galway Group, LLC is required         by law to retain certain personal information.

            Protest

            You may protest to the processing of your personal information if you believe       The Galway Group, LLC  doesn’t have the appropriate rights to engage in that           processing or if you wish to ask The Galway Group, LLC not to process your        personal information for direct marketing purposes.

            Unsubscription

            To unsubscribe from communications from the Platform or affiliates, unsubscribe             directly through the methods in those emails or privacy policies.

            Correction

            You can correct your personal information if you observe it to be inaccurate.
